This product is a gently curved mirror cut from a sphere with a radius of 3000mm.While increasing the curvature of a typical curved mirror (e.g., 1400SR) allows for a wider field of view, it also results in a smaller image than the actual one. Therefore, objects appear farther away than they actually are.This product, however, is set to a curvature of 3000SR, a balance between a wide field of view and a natural sense of distance. Because it reflects a wider area than a standard flat rearview mirror, the field of view is approximately 1.6-1.7 times larger.Since the mirror is cut from a uniformly curved spherical surface, it can project a clear, distortion-free image.
The Jimny Sierra JB74 version has an anti-glare lever on the original mirror, so this product cover is shaped to accommodate the lever.
